Wild About Birds opened its doors in 1989 and over the years has enjoyed meeting and serving a birding community that stretches across the tri-county area and even into Kentucky!

In February 2024, former employee Shawna Mackura became the new owner. She is excited to run such a well loved local business and is looking forward to helping sustain everything the previous owners have built. The store will continue to provide the same high quality products and support that our customers have come to expect over the years from Wild About Birds.

We carry a large variety and assortment of top quality seed mixtures for the wild birds in your backyard, and it is always fresh – about 4,000 pounds is delivered every week from local Ohio suppliers!

Wild About Birds also has a wide selection of bird feeders, nest boxes, bird baths, garden decor and gifts. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you determine which type of feeder, seed or bird house is best for the types of bird that frequent your yard.

We are conveniently located 1/2 mile south of I-275 on Main Street in Milford, Ohio.
