Our newsletter (BirdChat) is mailed via USPS only to customers who have signed our newsletter mailing list inside the shop or have sent us their home address via email requesting BirdChat. No personal information provided online or in our shop is shared with any other company or mailing list. SecurityOrders placed through our online shop are processed on a secure server. The credit card sale is processed by us, on our machine, in the shop. ReturnsWe want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and your purchase so we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days. Please contact us first (877-208-5128) so that we can make arrangements. The item must be unused, in the original package, and in re-saleable condition. You must pay for the return shipping and the return shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit you the cost of the item(s). If your merchandise is damaged in transit, please save ALL the packaging material and contact us immediately so a prompt claim can be filed with the shipper. ShippingWe will ship your order within two (2) business days of receipt. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
