We have some fabulous new products for you! I went to a gift show this summer and found some wonderful items you must come see: 20 oz. jumbo mugs with cardinals, bluebirds and hummingbirds; wine glass, short glass, and tall glass sets with 4 different bird designs; an umbrella and matching tote bag with a gorgeous cardinal design; incredible wild bird figurines and magnets from the studio of Richard Lamson. We also have new fine enamel jewelry—pins and earrings. You have to see the pieces we got from White Dog Pottery studio in Massachusetts: pinched pottery bird ornaments that can be used in several different ways and darling salt/pepper shakers!

For years you’ve been asking me for galvanized cans in which to store seed—I found some! The 10 gallon can holds at least 25 lbs. and the 5 quart can holds 5-10 lbs.

You’ve also come in looking for rain gauges—got them, too. Very nice gauges that you can stick in the garden. Other new items for outside include pottery birdhouses, neon colored—you should see ‘em—sunflower feeders, and the Jackite! Jackites are kites (we have osprey, ducks, geese, cardinals, and blue jays) that can be flown like a traditional kite or tied to a tall pole (we have them) to fly on their own. When the wind kicks up they even flap their wings. Drive by the shop someday and check out the one we have flying out front!
